The
EFI
48 has a
unique 5 piece design. All components fit together perfectly
due to precision CAD/CAM design.
The
EFI 48
incorporates a single oval butterfly allowing 65% more air
flow than a conventional Stromberg 97 carburetor. ** See flow

Precision smooth throttle
shaft movement and consistent throttle return are a must
whether your running a running a single unit
or multiple units. Each unit
has it’s own adjustable internal clock spring insuring
positive throttle return and eliminating the need for
external return spring. Each unit incorporates positive stop
idle set adjustment and wide open throttle stop. Stainless
steel shafts ride on precision roller bearings for extremely
smooth throttle action and consistent throttle return.
Standard is a brushed
aluminum finish. Custom finishes available.
Units are sold as a complete
system including Engine Management System, Custom Wire
Harness.
The EFI 48 was flow tested on
a SuperFlow SF-600 flow bench. We did a comparative flow
test between an original Stromberg 97 and our unit flowing
them at today’s industry standard of 28 inches of water… The
results were impressive.
